Boa Wrapz accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Apple Pay. Please note, we do not accept checks/cash or orders placed by phone. At this time, we only accept one form of payment per order.

Boawrapz.com will periodically offer special discounts and promotions to our loyal customers, via our website or sent through our newsletters. To take advantage of these promotions simply enter the coupon code that accompanies the offer into your shopping cart or during checkout prior to payment. Some discounts will be shown immediately from your shopping cart and throughout the website and special discounts such as shipping will be calculated during checkout prior to payment.

Your items will be shipped via Priority Mail, 1-3 Days at a shipping cost of $4.99. All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Please note, at this time we don't ship outside the United States.

Order status and shipments are typically updated within 24 hours. You can check your order status by filling out the Form in the "Contact Us" Tab or emailing info@boawrapz.com. Please be sure to include your order number.

If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the product within 14 days to receive a refund of the purchase price (minus shipping & handling). Please note: we do not charge restocking fees, but it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for return shipping. It can take up to 2 weeks to process your refund from the time your return arrives at our warehouse.

The information that you give us to process your order may be combined with other personally identifiable information (such as demographic information and past purchase history) available from our records and other sources. This information will be used to process orders, to communicate with you about your order, and to provide future notification to you of special offers or promotions.
